our first gig: the BiPlay concert at Garden Royale, Goldenfields, Bacolod City...

one of our earliest gigs at a certain baranggay...

we had numerous appearances at a local TV show here in Bacolod. actually we were one of the first bands to play Original Music in this variety show...

we started this Youth Gig event just this year (2006) to encourage Christian bands to showcase their musical talents and even their original songs. we also invite even non-Christian bands and even let them play what you call "non-Christian" / "secular" songs as long as thay have safe lyrics and the artists that originall rendered them are not offensive. you can visit the Youth Gig website at www.youth616.tk

because daniel is an LCC Alumni member, our band has also have had a number of special numbers at this school. these pictures are from Linggo nang Wika, Paligsahan sa Paghaharana (Week of Language, A Contest of Wooing... hehehe)

this are our pictures from Bacolod's first ever NO COVERS concert, which features local bands who play strictly original compositions (like us!). this concert featured legends like Gabe Ascalon (founding Side A guitarist) and Junali the great! whooo! go Bacolod! go original! hehehe

What is Ramoth Gilead?

What does ramoth gilead mean anyway? ramoth-gilead was a name given to an ancient city of refuge in palestine beside jordan. it was a fortified city where you can find peace and solitude in times of trouble. the name gives an atmosphere of security and refuge, and somewhat sounds rock!!! Ramoth Gilead (the band) is a contemporary Christian band, and they have diversity from their musical styles and influences- from hard rock (gothic rock, alternative progressive, ska) music to clean and easy jazz and slow rock, and they even have some rappin. but amidst their music and rock attitude, a message of hope is conveyed: that there is such a thing as real peace, security, joy, and salvation that can only be found in Jesus Christ
